Skillchain and Alfio Bardolla
Alfio Bardolla, the Founder of “Skillchain” and CEO of “Alfio Bardolla Training Group“, will speak at the workshop “A.I. & BC for Education & Mass Adoption” on 7th November 2019 at 11:15 AM.
Alfio will talk specifically about the entrepreneurial mindset in the blockchain field, the importance of using the blockchain technology in real cases and how having clients in the traditional business world will improve mass adoption.
Alfio will explain how the business market in the blockchain sector is changed in the past 10 years.
The first phase, from 2008 to 2015, when Bitcoin and Ethereum were created, was about innovation.
The second phase, from 2015 to 2018, was about Startups and ICOs, where companies were more focused on raising funds for their business, than focusing on the product itself.
The third and current phase, is not about revolution, but it’s about evolution and growth, therefore the traditional business skills combined with the blockchain and the new technologies can produce successful business ventures.
The merger between the traditional business world with the blockchain technology will increase the mass adoption, because more people will be involved in this evolution process.
Alfio, an expert on financial education, will also talk about Skillchain, a blockchain-based platform in which universities, recruiting companies, and non-academic training companies can meet to certify and guarantee a person’s skills in a permanent way. It validates a candidate’s college degree, their past jobs, whether they have real recommendations, their skills, and non-formal courses they might have undertaken.
