Funding and trading
Trading for GFI, KUJI, and POPCAT will be live as of 15:00 PM UTC today, September 19, 2024.
To add an asset to your Kraken account, navigate to Funding, select the asset you’re after, and hit ‘Deposit’.
Make sure to deposit your tokens using networks supported by Kraken. Deposits made using other networks will be lost.
The new tokens are tradeable on Kraken and Kraken Pro with the following parameters:

GFI – Goldfinch is a decentralized credit protocol with a goal of fostering financial inclusion and bringing credit activity on-chain. It offers unsecured loans to creditworthy borrowers, while also rewarding backers with interest and tokens. The GFI token is used in protocol governance, and is distributed as an incentive to users for participation in the ecosystem.
KUJI – Kujira is a decentralized ecosystem with a focus on providing sustainable solutions for fintech protocols, builders and users. It prioritizes user experience and operational sustainability to democratize access to wealth-building opportunities, and offers a large suite of DeFi products. As the ecosystem’s native token, KUJI is used to pay for network fee and to participate in protocol governance, while also allowing users to earn rewards for helping to secure the network via staking.
POPCAT – A Solana-based coin inspired by the 2020 meme. Like many in this category, Popcat stands out on the strength of its community and popularity of the meme. Its token, POPCAT, can be used to send and receive payments with other Solana users.

All of Kraken’s available tokens can be found here, and all future tokens will be announced on Kraken’s blog and social media profiles.
